Last week I went out on assignment for Taste the Local Difference to North Channel Brewing in Manistee. There isn’t much that I love more than discovering a new gem in my own backyard. First - I had never been to Manistee, and man oh man, is it a cute little town! Second - North Channel Brewing’s new menu is gorgeous, fun to photograph, and most importantly delicious! Paired with some truly killer beers this is the kind of job that I can’t believe I get lucky enough to take on ;) Cheers and make your way to Manistee for a visit!
