THE GREEN FAMILY // EMPIRE MICHIGAN FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER // SUMMER BEACH SESSION

The days, weeks, and months are passing and I’m getting closer and closer to meeting my own baby. It’s a bit mind boggling actually. And while I have loved photographing families for years and years, this Summer feels different. During this time I am absolutely loving watching great parents being parents. Watching parents who truly connect and interact with their kids. Watching parents who let their kids do their thing, explore, ask questions. Who get excited with them and get involved. Who look for rocks with them on the beach and point out dragonflies floating by. Parenthood may be a very common human experience, but it’s incredibly special, and I love that I get the chance to celebrate that by documenting it. Huge thank you to the Green family for asking me to capture them! It was such a pleasure.
