I photographed this awesome family back in the late Winter when Kristen was still pregnant. A few weeks later I would find out about my own pregnancy. Change feels like it happens at lightning speed during this phase in life. Pregnancy turns into a brand new family member. Babies go from newborn to chunky cheeks and thighs so fast. I’m not surprised that I hear parents tell me all the time how quickly it will go, even if things feel slow in the thick of it. The photos stop all of that change. They bottle it up and hold onto it. When you think about it, it’s a little bit magical. Thanks friends, it was so good to see you!
